He was born in Brooklyn, Newyork on February 17, 1963. He was once cut of from his high school basketball team for being too short. Luckily he didn't allow this set him back and went on to be one of the greatest basket ballers in history.
He once stated, "I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.
He is Micheal Jordan who has been named as one of the greatest players in NBA history.
He lost 300 games and still didn't give up. What an outstanding perseverance.
